I posted this on pg after 35 yesterday and got nothing... hoping you ladies can help. This is for a co-worker... she had really bad morning sickness and fatigue until recently (she's 15 weeks). She's normally a weights girl but wants to do some appropriate cardio too. The only "rules" I know (besides ask your Dr. are to not get your core temp up too high and that its usually safe to carry on with whatever you were doing pre-pg. Any thoughts on where to start, since she hasn't done much of anything for so long? TIA!

Start back little by little back to her regular routine or to where she is comfortable. Listen to the body b/c the body will tell you when it?s had enough.
I had to take a 3 week break due to the birth of Mastiff pups and had to slowly got back in the grove.
