I'm also gonna nominate myself.  I yelled and cursed at DH in front of DS last night and he started crying.  DH and I never fight like that and when we do it's over with and everything is better, but there's absolutely no excuse to do that in front of your child.  My parents screamed at each other to vent and then they went on with their day like nothing happened and it always scared me.  I'm trying to break the cycle.  I feel like the biggest douche ever.  My cell phone was stolen and I was really stressed about it.  I really need to vent more productively, and not AT anyone.  When DS started crying I felt like a monster.  

It's not easy, you're going to have slip ups. I'm in the same place. I also have channeled my parents on occasion, it sucks. But it does reinforce why it's important. *hug*
