Yep, it is official. I am going to have another c-section. I had another doctor's appointment today and she is still transverse. I'm over it, I just want to see her now!
A week from today I have a pre-op appointment. I've never had one, can anyone tell me what to expect?
I have definitely packed a totally different hospital bag this time around! I'm happy to be having a planned c-section, instead of a crazy unplanned emergency one... Any tips?
Re: C-SECTION #2.
Magdalina,
I don't normally do this, but I just started to read part of your blog. It brought tears to my eyes.
You are one very strong, very special woman! You have made me truly enjoy this wonderful sunny day with my daughter. Thank you!
I had a scheduled c/s planned as well but went into labor a week early. Ooops!!! LOL
I hope your repeat c/s is as easy as mine was! Grace was born at 7:45am and I was begging to get out of bed around 2pm. (W/ the first, I was being dragged out of bed about 27 hours later. It was horrible. ) I was up walking around as soon as they could get someone in to unhook my IV. I did have the catheter till the next morning. I had very little pain meds. I was carrying her stroller down 2 flights of stairs and went for a short walk on day 5 or 6 post partum (man was H pissed)
Advice: just sit back and enjoy it!! Best of luck!
