Best Bottom hemp insert ?

After reading great things about Best Bottom hemp inserts below I found them on amazon and was thinking about adding them to my registry. I am planning to use them with GroVia and Flip covers, which size should I get? Thanks so much in advance!

Get the size that fits your baby. They will fir on OS covers that are also properly sized for your baby.

Per Nickis Diapers: Small: birth-14lbs, Medium: 11-22lbs, Large: 16-35lbs.

They say you can skip medium and just have small and large. That's what I plan on doing.
