Zumba mamas?

There is a Zumba class on Sat mornings up here that I want to start going to. Anyone have any tips for me or anything I should know?  Can I just wear leggings/ t-shirt or tank top? I'm so excited to finally get some time to myself and be moving around.

    Leggings (cropped if you have em) and a tank top is what I think is best. And a towel! I see a lot of people wearing "official" Zumba clothes that look a lot like lightweight hiphop attire but its NMS... I like to wear light weight shoes, nothing that sticks otherwise it can start to hurt your knees with the twisting. I think it would be best barefoot but the floor is way to gross for that!

    No Zumba experience but wanted to ask where you're going to go?  I need to get my butt in gear!

    I love Zumba! I'm terrible at it but there is such a great mix of ages and abilities that I never feel self-conscious.

    I wear a pair of yoga pants, sports bra and a tank top. Be prepared to sweat! Dont forget your water bottle. Have fun.

    Leanne, I teach on Thursday mornings at our church. You just have to pay for child care if you want to come with me.
