Re: Monday check-in
1. Pretty good, just tired. Connor was up three times last night - at 7.5 months I feel like that is excessive. If his room wasn't right across the hall from Jocelyn's, I'd probably let him cry more...
2. Highlight: Checked out 20 Tap south of Broad Ripple - it met my three major criteria and we loved it! It is very kid friendly, had several delicious vegetarian options, and lots of local beer. Highly recommend it! I also braved the Children's Museum by myself with Jocelyn, Connor, and the 9 year old from next door. I was pretty proud of myself! The neighbor girl was somewhat helpful with wrangling Jocelyn but I'm mildly surprised we all survived and had a good time
Lowlight: It's been a gastrointestinal armageddon in our household this weekend. I've cleaned up so much poop1
3. I start on the Pediatric Rehab service today. We are moving the unit from Methodist to Riley so that should be an adventure. I can't wait to take care of the kids and their families though!
4. I have lots of travel on my bucket list, mostly involving Europe although I'd also love to go on a medical mission trip to Africa. I also want to do a lot of things with the kids involving travel around the US. I've thought about re-hiking the Appalachian Trail when I'm like 60, but I'm not sure I want to commit to that
1. how are you feeling? Pretty good! Got some sleep and eating better, life's pretty good again!
2. weekend highlight? lowlight? Highlight - Making the first deposit in our secondary savings account that will go towards the new house funds! Lowlight - Dealing with my pathological liar of a SIL...
3. what are you looking forward to this week? Dining out this week, since the Fall Festival is going on it should be pretty easy to get quick service in any restaurant this week!
4. do you have a bucket list? what are some items on it? No bucket list. Anything I've ever wanted to do I find a way to do it.
1. how are you feeling: ok
2. weekend highlight: watching a musical show and dd#1 asking if she could tap. it's fun to see what she gets excited about these days. lowlight: .......
3. what are you looking forward to: getting my call/text from sweettea announcing baby's arrival. i get excited everytime i hear a new text.
4. bucket list: just places i would like to visit - hawaii, all-inclusive resort, europe
Low - DH unexpectedly had to work the entire day on Saturday, and I didn't have any plans, so I sat around and had a pity party for myself. 3. what are you looking forward to this week?
Having a baby! 4. do you have a bucket list? what are some items on it?
Yes, a huge one. Lots of travel on there, visit all the Presidential Libraries (NERD!), start a local scholarship fund for graduating HS seniors, volunteer with a literacy organization, build a dollhouse, etc.
1. Feeling ok I guess. I had to get a root canal this morning, so hopefully that puts an end to my tooth pain... well after the initial pain today. Also, still waiting for AF post loss... tomorrow will be 7 weeks so I hope it comes soon.
2. Highlight- helping DH finish the railing around the deck. I learned to use the drill press and miter saw. Lowlight- Only part that isn't done is the railing for the stairs, but Dh said he'd do that evenings this week.
3. Having the deck completely done by end of week.
4. It's not a formal list, but yes. Mostly places I want to visit including staying in a hut over the water in Tahiti or Bora Bora. In addition, I would like to build a house and get exactly what we want instead of buying one. And of course, I'd love to have more kids.

1. Pretty good. A little tired from the crazy weekend.
2. Highlight: Being in Austin and seeing friends! Lowlight: DD was super unhappy on the flight home yesterday. Poor pumpkin.
3. Sleeping in my own bed.
4. Hm...not written out or anything. I'd love to go to Australia and Fiji.
