Babies R Us and Buy Buy Baby also sell them in the same aisle as the breast pumps and accessories.

What both PPs said is true.  They are sold with other breastfeeding/pumping supplies at a lot of local retailers.  I think I got mine at Target but have seen them all over: BRU, Wal-Mart, etc.

Walmart is probably going to be cheapest but any of those store will have them. You could also check at a pharmacy, too, i would think.

I bought a box at Walmart in preparation for what's to come. They're with the baby stuff.

I made sure to order a box of 100 because with DD I'd always wake up soaking wet.

You can make your own reusable ones out of fleece. Much cheaper!
