A natural detox would be liquid (especially water) the first two or three days followed by light eating (fruits, veggies only) for the next week or so. No dairy, no caffeine, no sugar.
Please don't do any sort of liquid detox. Those are not effective and can be dangerous.
Your best tools in detoxifying your body are your liver, kidneys, and gastrointestinal tract. To help them do their job eat high fiber food, lots of fruits and veggies, drink lots of water, and exercise.
I like the other ladies posts - it's all about natually cleaning out your system. I wasn't referring to any other form. Clean eating is what I meant. Especially cut out the soft drinks.
Your skin starts to look better and you feel more energy.

I dont know why these even exists. your body automaticly does it on its own. detox diets are bad and dangerous.
