How do I? (sippy cups mentioned)

How do I teach my kid to use a sippy cup?  The pedi wants us to start the transition from bottle to sippy cup, which is great, I don't have any issues with that.  However, we've been playing with the sippy cup for a while now, but DD just doesn't get how to tip it back to get something out of it.  She's just as content to chew on it.  Do you all have any suggestions?  Something we should do to help or a sippy cup I should try?

We had to go through 4 or 5 sippies before we found one she liked. We ended up with a soft straw one that has handles. She never got the hang of the nubby ones.

Just keep changing cups is what I've been told.  Have you tried a straw?  We're still working to find one she'll drink from more than play with.

We kept trying different ones until she got the hang of it.  At first we started by tipping them back for her so she realized how to get the water out.  She is now perfectly content with any sippy or straw cup that has handles.

Thanks everyone.  I did see a straw one where I could squeeze on it and liquid would go up the straw to help her figure it out.  I guess I'll be buying a variety of sippy cups this weekend!
