Just curious if anyone has changed their way of eating while TTC? Do you do this all the time or just during ovulation? I know there are not any "miracle" foods... but wanted to ask!
If so, what are the changes you make? Cut back on caffeine?
Would love to hear!
Re: Do you change your diet when TTC?
I haven't really changed too much. I eat healthy regardless. the biggest difference is adding my prenatals, calcium, omega 3 supplements. I also drink OJ every morning beacuse it has natural folic acid in it and stay away from most soda. All you really can do is eat healthy, exercise a little bit, and take your vitamins in terms of a diet.
there a lot of wives tales out there, and perhaps some work for some people. I prefer to stick with eating lean meats, whole grains, and fruits and veggies!
He's my fairytale, a dream when I'm not sleeping.

I've been limiting caffeine to one serving a day, staying away from soda and alcohol, and trying to limit my intake of refined sugar. Other than that, just trying to meet the daily requirements of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, low-fat dairy, etc. I'm not always perfect, but definitely keeping my future in mind when I eat. I haven't begun with a PNV yet, but am taking a multi and fish oil.
