Usually I go to sleep around midnight but last night I went to bed at 10. Due to this my internal body clock woke up at 3:30 am. I was wide awake so I took my temp JIC I over slept when I fell back asleep. It was 96.98. I feel back asleep at around 4am and woke up at my normal time at 6:30 and temped again. It was 97.21. I don't know which temp I should use. If I input the temp of 96.98 it doesn't give me CH's but if I put the 97.21 it give me CH's at CD13..
Also, when I have played around with the numbers and it seems that no matter which temp I put in if the temp climbs it give me CH's at CD14...But anyways, which number would you use?
Re: Which temp should I use? Help Please
