ftm water breaking

ok I am probably being paranoid.. But I woke up this morning and my underwear was very wet (looked like I peed myself).  I felt down there(Sorry if tmi) and it is wet wet.. I am trying laying down to see what happens but it seems like some is dripping and most is pooling.. Could it just be from my internal exam yesterday? Got to love being a ftm and freaking out but not wanting to look stupid because you just have no clue.

This. If it is your water breaking, it will keep leaking. If you think it is, go ahead and call your OB or MW.

I've heard that if it keeps coming, it is probably amniotic. I would put a pad on and see how fast you fill it up. Are you having any contractions or back pain?

just BH for the last week but nothing that gets more intense.

If you lay down for a while and then stand up and it comes out, I would say its your water. It was very obvious when mine broke. An initial pop and gush and then everytime I would stand up from sitting down, more would run out.

Do this and if it dose soak it call your doc and head into L&D. There is a test they can do to make sure it was your water breaking. And, its better to be safe than sorry.

same thing happened to me a few times.  I talked to the dr and was told it was just increased discharge and is normal.  I thought it was fluid too but was assured it wasn't.
