Have you ever made Lox? If you have or have not, would you happen to have a good method or recipe? We have enough Salmon in our freezer to last us a lifetime and I'm trying to get creative here. We've eaten Salmon a million different ways, we've smoked it, canned it, and now I'm thinking Lox would be good. My dad loves Lox so I thought I'd surprise him with some.

Re: Molluskwrangler - chef ?, duh!
This one is closest to the one I used the only big difference is the size of the recipe, the one I had was for sides of salmon.

You can swap out herbs, or try citrus zests and mix it up. I've done one before with orange zest and dill, it was yummy.
Nova isn't too difficult, I just haven't done it myself.
Check this site out, it seems really concise. https://www.sausagemania.com/loxmania.html
