We are going to start when LO turns six months, which is right around the corner. I'm looking for a book and/or website that will help lay out what, when and how much. It would be great if it also has recipes.
Thank you!

At 6 month shots our pedi gave us a sheet that discusses all that. Maybe ask if they didn't give it to you. That was the most helpful thing I came across.
Gerber also has a "menu planner," and although I do not feed her Gerber food, I found it helpful in terms of how often and how much she should eat. It also corresponds well to the NIH guidelines.
I've never found a book necessary -- it's pretty simple, really, once you get started.
