Made a mistake this morning...

My DH took off work today and tomorrow. He has never stayed with the baby this long with out me. (I work too) I was changing DD and said "you are staying home with daddy today and that makes mommy a little nervous" well DH heard me and got super pissed. I feel so bad. Don't know what to do now. BTW I am only nervous because I didn't want her to get off her schedule and I am just a nervous person when it come to DD. Ugh I am an idiot.image

    eek. Yeah, my DH would be pretty pissed too. But if it makes you feel any better, I just think the same thing to myself if I leave DS with DH.

    BFP # 1- DS ~ TTC #2 since Jan. 2012 - BFP # 2 - "Baby Elsie" - Blighted Ovum - D&C August 22, 2012 at 7w3d, BFP # 3 - CP - December 30, 2012, BFP # 4 - CP - March 19, 2013 ~ First RE Appt. 4/24/13 Med cycle #1: 50mg Clomid and Trigger shot = BFN. Med. Cycle #2: 6 cysts found. No meds/rest cycle. Trying on our own = BFP # 5! Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 129 Beta #3 = 94 - CP - July 2, 2013. BFP # 6! Beta#1 = 21, Beta#2 =58 Beta#3 = 134. U/S shows heartbeat of 142 at 7w2d!

    He needs to chillax,  I say this to my H all the time, even now.  When she was younger I meant it though, but he was more nervous than I was.  Just reassure him that you don't think he is incapable of caring for her and move on.

    I have said that before. I just explained to DH the importance of the schedule and that I was worried that if DS went off of his routine too much, it would affect how he sleeps at night and that seemed to help. GOOD LUCK :)

    I'll admit that DH is keeping DD overnight for the 1st time next weekend. And I'm nervous.

    I know deep down, that he'll do wonderful. He's really very good with her. My only concern is him over stimulating her. He likes to play and she goes right along with him. Then she gets super ticked cause she's tired. LOL. 

    I know that my DH would be super pissed and super hurt if he heard me say that I was nervous. 

    If I were you, I'd sit down and explain and apologize like crazy.
    It's okay to be nervous.

    Tried to call but no answer...he is probably putting her down for a morning nap...so i sent a super apologetic text. We'll see.....image
