I love my cats! Charlie brought in a cockroach to play with. Hemi goes over and starts playing with it too. Then Mana runs over, eats the whole cockroach in a flash and walks away leaving the other two looking sad/confused/pissed. Freaking hilarious to watch and cheered me up big time.
Anybody elses furbabies cracking them up lately?
Re: Furbaby fun (NPR)
Haha, aww! Sometimes I wish I could have more then one cat cus I think my cat would like to have someone to play with, but he's a lone ranger and just HATES other cats.
A few nights ago he freaked me out, I wouldn't open the blinds for him to look outside because it was late at night and I was alone. I don't like having the blinds open when the house is lit up and people on the street can see in. What does he do?
He actually grabbed the cord and pulled them up himself to his perfect head height then sat there looking out the window in his triumph. He likes to look out the other window to make sure no cats are in our yard! Haha.
My two boys are bug hunters too, this summer especially. Malcolm has gotten too good at it actually, bringing down the offender in one swipe and eating it. Then he looks so disappointed that the fun's over. He also sleeps in the funniest positions, on his back on the rug with his paws tucked up under his chin, or on the couch with at least one, usually both, of his front legs stuck out over the edge.
London is my mama's boy, and he's finding it harder these days to curl up on my big belly. Then when he does settle in, the LO starts kicking back at him for stepping all over her. The first time he gave me the dirtiest look, like "why did you do that?" Now he just gets this terribly smug look on his face, like "I win."
