DS being aggressive with DD

Any dealt with this yet?  Lately M is being kind of aggressive with H.  When I picked them up from daycare yesterday, his teacher informed me that he was sitting at the table away from the activity because he had shoved her.  (He does not ever mess with the kids in class...just H.  When they were younger she was the only person he would steal toys from etc.)

At home it's the same - and getting more frequent.  This evening, we were hanging out in their room before bed and she shut the door and then came back in. Generally, the rule at the house is that doors "stay open."  She opened it up to come back in and he said, "Hannah - door open!" and shoved her hard enough to make her take 2 steps back.

We've been doing time out - but it's playtime for him.  I end up spending the whole time putting him BACK in time out.  We remind him to be gentle and nice and thta we share in our house.  We have begun setting a timer if an item becomes a big-ticket item that they both want which has worked, but other times it's just straight up agression.

 

Any tips?  Sorry this got so long!  EEK!
