I only like the spelling Giuliana if you are Italian, or have plenty of Italian heritage. If not, go with Juliana. When people who are not Italian use this spelling it makes me think they are trying to find legitimate variations with the sole purpose of being different and creative.

Juliana. Its less complicated and if she ever choses to shorten it it will be easier.

Juliana would be easier for her as a child in school (spelling and pronoucing), but I love how romanice Giuliana looks.
