Out of curiosity, anyone else around similar due date know their date of conception? My LMP was April 10 and I've been going off of an estimated conception date of around April 17th (conceived naturally) based on the baby's gestational age from early ultrasounds. My cycles are avg 35 days. I was on pregnology.com that said my conception date was probably May 2 based on the due date and it totally threw me off because it doesn't match the baby's gestational age. Just wondering if anyone else is getting different dates and is totally thrown off.
Re: January 22 due date, conception question
Not sure this helps but I am due 1/12 and I am about 99.9% sure my conceptoin date was April 20th.

P.S. 1/22 is my birthday and it is fantastic. :-)
I know my date of conception because I charted my cycles and kept track of when we had sex.
Remember that your baby's gestational age factors in the 2 weeks before you ovulate/conceive aka for the 1st 2 weeks of pregnancy (of a textbook, 28 day cycle) you aren't pregnant at all but your body is gearing up to ovulate.
Here's the run down on my chart:
I started my last cycle on March 26th
Ovulated on cycle day 20 (April 14th)
Based on the days we had sex, I conceived this little one on CD 23 (April 17)
But if I went off my LMP, I'd my baby's "due date" would be a week ahead and she would be measuring a week behind but because I charted and knew when I O'd and the days of possible conception, I am able to better pin-point her conception date and get the most accurate "due date"...I like to consider it more of a guess date though because she's going to come when she's ready.

Hi!
I'm also due Jan 22 and am 99.9% sure of my dates. My LMP was April 17th and I had 28-30 day cycles. My conception date was May 1st. Baby has been measuring exactly on schedule at all of the appointments (although I know this part isn't really an indicator as babies can measure ahead, behind, spot on at various times). But, I am sure of my LMP and my conception date.
ETA: clarify
I'm due 1/20 (according to early u/s dating at 6wk and 12wks). I'm pretty positive we conceived on 4/27 because I was on Clomid and we had to time it perfectly. Not sure if that helps.
ummm i don't follow all the conceiving terms but i can say for certain....
that my last period started April 17th
we only had sex from April 26th-May1st
before my positive test on May 15th
Aaaaaand i only wrote down that he "finished inside" on April 27th
but it was all unprotected
Calculator I initially used said this was a due date of the 22nd but at my first ultrasound he was measuring at the 20th which is what my doc has kept.
Since then he's measured at the 24th (18 weeks) and 27th (23 weeks). His growth pattern is all over so I am just sticking with the 20th and we'll see what happens!

My due date is also January 22 and I'm 99% sure on the conception date, which was April 24. My cycles were also typically 32-34 days. Based on Fertility Frined, my ovulation was April 25. HTH!
I'm due 1/23 based on conception date - which I'm fairly confident of because I was charting. I ovulated 5/2.
You have to remember that the first two weeks of your pregnancy happens before you were pregnant, so you don't sound that far off of the pregnology date (4/17 + 2 weeks).
I am due on 1/27 and that is based on an ovulation date of 5/6 (I get crazy o-pains and am very consistent) but my LMP would have given an earlier due date since I tend to have longer than 28-day cycles.
all my dating ultrasounds have agreed with the gestational age based on my ovulation day being 5/6. The A/S said two days ahead but that's common.
Based on 1/22 EDD I would say a 5/2 ovulation/conception sounds reasonable. You probably just didn't o when you thought you did. But you might want to be ready a week early just in case!
