Well at least thing is going ok! My EX is signing all the custody papers so no court! Now I do not have deal with his crap for 18 years. (He is a drug addict and was abusive when I got pregnant ) He hasnt been around Kellan and blames me for Kellans medical issues....whatever.

I have will have full physical and sole custody, and there is no visitation.

While its sad that Kellans dad doesnt want to be in his life...truthfully in my mind its for the best.

Some people shouldn't have kids. Good for him for admitting he is one of them.

I'm so happy you guys are done with this and can enjoy life just the two of you for now.

It is sad that he is such a douche, but this is the best thing he could do for him.  Maybe someday he will straighten out, but you have to do what you have to to keep him safe.  How is K doing?

He is doing alright. He is really good at his motor skills now. Just still have problems with his speech and social skills...but he sees therapist for that now. He also is still not eating food as of yet bc of his gastric delay. But he is drinking at least 25 oz a day...which is way better than he use to. He is getting tubes in his ears bc he has 6 ear infections. He is still getting sick though about every 2 weeks...and he hasnt had a seizure in 3 weeks. So i feel that he is doing A LOT better than a couple months ago. But we still have a ways to go.

It sounds to me like you got the best of your ex in that little boy. I'm sorry he's a douche, but I'm glad he signed the papers for you. It's great to hear that he's doing better and I hope the good news continues.

I'm so glad to hear he is doing better.  25oz a day, that is great!  I'm glad the seizures have subsided,  I can't even imagine how scary that must have been.  You are a great mom and he is so lucky to have to fighting for him.  GL and T&P always.
