I tried the same with Metamucil, not any help. I've been eating pounds of raisin bran, I hope the colace helps.

100mg Colace works like a charm for me!

I have been! Thankfully, it's eased up. I bought some Colace and took it, but I didn't like how it took a couple days for it to work (on the label, it says can take up to 72 hours). I wanted instant relief!

I need to buy some of that. I am a grown woman yet i am embarassed to go to the store to buy laxatives...

I  need to get something to help... The zofran is killing me. Before taking it I had the runs all the time, now I am the opposite. The constipation and gas is painful!! I am not used to this, I am usually a 1-2 times a day girl naturally.

I totally understand hating to go buy laxatives, but I'm kind of used to it since I had my gall bladder removed a couple years ago. Things just don't work like they used to!

I wanted instant relief too, DH told me to drink a glass of milk (I'm lactose intolerant). I was like, thanks but no thanks. I want to live!

I have been trying to really not take the Zofran because it messed me up so bad! I took it and then took colace a day later. Half of me would rather puke. If it gets really bad I take the Zofran.
