umbilical cord with PF's question

Can you use PF's while baby still has umb. cord stump? Just fold down a little bit more? Do I need to get a few covers with snap downs? Right now I just have bummies super whisper wraps and a few others that don't have a snap down for NB stage.

    Yeah, you just fold down.  We used Prorap covers in the beginning, they're cheap and have an umbilical notch, and work well

    Yep its what we have been using.  Pedi took the stump off today since it was hanging by a thread.

    We never had to fold down. We used Swaddlebees NB PFs and Thirsties Duo size 1 covers. (DD was 21 inches long at birth, in case that's helpful.)
