Abdomend Sizing?

Hello, Ladies:

A question if anyone has had a prior or recent c section and has used the Abdomend support belt afterwards, do you recall if they ran big or small to size?  I am right in between two sizes, and am trying to determine if I should order up or down -- and customer service has not responded to my inquiries.

They ran a tiny bit big. I would definitely go to the lower size. I was HUGE during pregnancy, and by 1 week after, I thought the size Large was big. Luckily, you can shrink it the wash as you get smaller... but I still recommend going down in size.
