Changing my Ticker and Sig...

I've tried so many times to update my ticker and add a new one but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. 

 I wan't to be able to add/update the ticker at the bottom of this post, and add a picture. Any suggestions?

Upper Right hand corner of the bump has a "My account" secion. Go there. When you get there go to the tan highlighted section that says "Congratulations" and go to the "Customize my profile". Then when it pulls up your profile, click on your avatar, and scroll down to the signature area. You can take out the ticker and add a new one.

It used to be easier.

Thats so strange because i've done that ... and there isn't a code in there currently so theres nothing to delete. I've added a ticker but the ticker still doesn't show up.  I've been confused by this for two days now..hahaha

Mine also wouldn't go away no matter how many times are tried to change it. I finally gave up and just got a new account.
