He survived the first 2.  His union just rejected the contract offer so now there's gonna be an estimated 3,000 layoffs.  His agency was hit hard by the last round of layoffs so hopefullly the state will leave his agency alone.

This is NOT good with 2 in college and a new car payment.

I'm so sorry, I hope the cuts don't affect his department.   Damn NY state.
