I'm taking my Jeep in at 11 to have the window replaced for the THIRD time! I bought a Liberty and three days after purchase the window fell, had it replaced, fell again, lasted a little while, fell Thursday.

WTF? I understand that it's a manufacturer's defect but can't the replacement parts they issued not suck too? Why is this still happening.

Luckily it's all covered under warranty but it sucks scheduling rides from the dealership every three months.

Sounds to me like they're not properly fixing the problem, which I'm guessing is the motor in the door. I'd be p!ssed, and would probably have a word with the manager at the shop.

H has had this problem with his Liberty twice already. Its very annoying!! I hope they fix it for you this time.

My jetta used to do this!

It would happen in the winter if the window was frozen and I tried to put it down. Drove me crazy!! I had to drive an hour and a half (in winter) to the nearest volkswagen shop.

I love Jeeps. Not that I know anything about cars but I loved my Jeep Laredo. The Liberty is "meh".
