We recently had a request for people to give their top 3 girl names but the OP did not want any names that begin with the letter S. I'd like to see some of those names! What are your favorite names for girls that begin with the letter S? (You may include boy names too if you're dying to share!)

DH and I have been making a list as we see names we like. We have 1 S name (neither of us is too keen on S names apparently) and it's Scarlett. I like it, but I also have a strong aversion to naming people after other nouns... and we have decided that when we have a girl she will be Charlotte and I really don't want to even venture into McName territory...

I LOVE the name Scarlett, but I can totally picture myself (and everyone else) calling her Scar, as a nickname without thinking, and that kinda makes me cringe lol. Other S names I love:
