Are heated seats in the car safe for me?

I live in SC and have used them all summer. When DH is in the car, he sets his side to 60 degrees and the cold air drifts to my side. I have to keep warm somehow!

LOL I only use it in the summer when DH has the A/C cranked at 1am coming home from a band show... Other than that I only use it in the winter :-P

I have a new car and I'm really excited about having heated seats for the winter. As far as this pregnancy goes the thought of using them has never crossed my mind because it has been hot as hades this summer in Texas!
