Twinges at 10dpo?

I am 10dpo and getting some twinges on my left side where my ovary is (or where I think it should be!).  Any one else get this?  I also am irritable and crampy so I am not sure if I am preggo or not.  I know that I don't ever get twinges before my AF. And I started having slight ab pain at 6dpo - across my entire lower abdomen. Hoping for a BFP this weekend and the wait is killing me!

yeah, there is no way to know until you get your BFP.  It could be gas, could be a cyst from after you ovulated (normal, they go away on their own), could be so many things.

I had little "flutters" in my uterus yesterday.....but I'm not holding my breath.

 This happened to me last month too and I was so hopeful but nope.  Don't read too much into it.

Most likely you are experiencing phantom symptoms. It's common in women who are TTC! I have been having terrible ones lately. Try to keep yourself busy so the wait doesn't feel so overwhelming! I hope you get your BFP soon!

Thought I would share with everyone that I got a faint positive line yesterday and today!  I am not a 100% sure when I o'd so I may not have been at 10dpo when I got those twinges.  I have a doc appt this week to take a blood test.  Crossing my fingers those Dollar Tree tests are actually really good!
