We already got her this.  DH wants to wait and give it for her bday, but I think it will be super cute under the tree with a huge bow!!

I also want to get her the Pop Warhol book for babies and some clothes.  Probably not much else this year since she's so small and I buy for her every month anyway.

I had not even thought about it. Since I don't think he'll get the concept, and most likely he will get lots of presents from all the family being the first grand baby, I don't think it's that important what we get him. It's not like he'll be really wanting certain toy badly, so probably just some toy, just so we  feel like we are giving him something.

We bought her a doll (https://www.blablakids.com/Online-Shopping/Classic-blablas/Doll-Baby-Celeste) and an outfit for it.  We'll likely get a couple of books and smaller toys for her stocking and be done.  I just know that my mom will go crazy Christmas shopping for her since she's an only grandchild on my side, and we really don't have room for any more toys than she already has!

I'm sure he'll be spoiled by my parents and probably DHs too.  But I'm thinking about a family pass to the children's museum.  It's walking distance from our house and they've got indoor and outdoor stuff for babies- play areas and water tables, etc.

She will likely get spoiled by the grandparents and others, so not much.  Probably a few books, one of those wire things with the beads that spin around and maybe a doll.  And we will continue the tradition I had growing up of new pj's for Christmas Eve

money for him. and an awesome cookie monster toy...i already bought haha. i know hes young but hes obsessed with cookie monster. i dunno where it started from but the c is for cookie song stops him from crying immediately. he stopped crying after his shots as soon as i got that video on youtube.

I'm not going to buy too much for him because I'm sure he will get spoiled by his grandparents and other family members (first grandchild on DH's side).  I'm thinking of buying him a storybook with classic fairy tales. I am still looking for exactly the one I want to get. I read him board books at night, but in the afternoon I sometimes like to read him a longer story while we are in the rocking chair to get him drowsy for his nap.

We bought her the Fisher Price Play and Learn House. I think she will love it. I think we are only giving her two gifts; one for Christmas and one for Hanukkah. I know she will have plenty!
