Anyone else experience this?

I'm 9 days postpartum. Since yesterday I have been incredibly bloated. Is this normal?

    I remember being very bloated and retaining a TON of water for a few weeks after delivery. Are you passing gas and pooping normally? I know it's not a fun topic, but those can be signs things are going right or wrong, depending.

    I would say if your bowel movements have been irregular lately (most are irregular after any surgery) then I would attribute the bloating to that. I only had a few days where constipation was a problem but bloat never seemed to be for me. If it doesn't go away and you are horribly uncomfortable it's always worth giving your OB's office a ring to see if they can offer any help too!
