I am SO over DH being such a terrible GROUCH in the morning.  I knew he wasn't a morning person when I married him (and I am) so try to just accept that we are different, but jeez louise, he could at least make some sort of effort.  If he's this grouchy at 39, I shudder to think how he'll be at 59!    Thankfully, DD is a morning person too so we play in the morning before I have to go to work, and we try to ignore the grouch.

Send DD in to wake him up every morning.  Who can be such a grouch when that sweet little monster comes in the room.

(And FWIW, I'm the morning grouch in our house!)
