I know. We were at a wedding on Saturday and everyone kept telling me how grown up Brendan looked. I may or may not have cried about it when we got home. It's fun to see their personalities emerge, though.

Once again, I'm missing some part of the "mom gene," because I love that A is starting to look like a person. I smile at her newborn and early pics, but I prefer her like she is now.

5-7 months was my favorite age! You might change your mind when your baby is 10 months old and looks like a child instead of a baby.
So I may or may not have had a meltdown this weekend when I ran to the store to buy D diapers...and realized that now that she's in size 3's she's no longer a "Little Snuggler"...she's a "Little Mover!"

Yeah, 5-7 was awesome, it's really just this last month something changed. I noticed a few pictures that she looks less squishy and her face is starting to look like what she will look like as a toddler.
Re: Starting to look like a kid :o(
Seriously! She has a personality for sure and plays like a little kid. It's exciting but at the same time I miss my snuggling sweet tiny girl.
I hear ya loud and clear mollusk! Cooper looks like a little man in some recent pictures. He already talks back to me too!!
