thirsties hemp inserts - okay to use alone?

I have some that I've used as doublers for overnight, but for some reason I have a fear of using them instead of MF inserts in my pockets. Can I just swap them out? Do I need to add anything else?  Any other tips/suggestions for switching over to natural inserts instead of MF?

I hope its ok, because I have been doing it. Heck, sometimes I just use them alone in a cover in the place of a PF if that's what I have within reach.

Yes.  I prefer hemp inserts in my pockets.
