We were hanging out with a couple of other families and there was a 2yo little girl running all over. She ran up a staircase, and then back down. On the 3rd or 4th stair from the bottom, she ate it hardcore and fell off the side of the staircase, straight on her face. She fell so hard that she rolled a few times before coming to a stop. While she's crumpled in an odd shape on the floor, and before anyone can even tell if she's ok, he points to her from across the room and screams "HA HAAA! "
Who does that?!
Re: My H vs. Social Skills
She cried a lot. (H laughed during the pause where the kid realizes they fell and is deciding whether or not they're hurt). But aside from a little rugburn on her hand, there wasn't anything serious.

Oh good. Although that little pause they do is always funny to me too. I laugh too when my son would fall and look confused. Then I would hug him as I was laughing and he would get angry saying that I don't care etc. etc. My son was kind of a drama queen as a toddler. Actually he's 12 now and he's still a drama queen.
That is funny! This kid never cries. He's fallen face first onto concrete and bruised his cheek, shut his fingers in a drawer, and even pulled a chair over on himself. He just kinda looks at us like "how'd that happen?" and gets right back to causing trouble. Maybe that's why H laughed...?

That's my kid too. I dont even know where half the buises on his arms and legs some from because he falls, crawls into walls, and pulls things over on himself with out a second thought.
