All is fine!  Communication was down. So funny because he knew I would be a worried mess, the first thing he said was "I'm fine and I'm so sorry!!"

lol.  This technology is such a blessing and curse. You get used to the schedule talks and when they miss one you just sort of send yourself into worry mode.

That's what mine normally does too and he tells me not to freak out because communication does go down all the time for them and it could easily be days before I hear from him again. Glad you heard from your hubby!
