Out of the three my favorite is Micah. Funny though, I've seen a few baby girls named this in the past year.

Mason is overused and I think Micah is children-of-the-corn-like..... it creeps me out for some reason.

I love Mason but it seems to be every baby boy's name these days.
I really like Micah, but if your LN is clearly italian I don't think it'll flow well; I'd go with nicholas
I don't like mason
Mason is awful. It reminds me of the Free Masons. Or a Mason jar.
The other two names are great...I'd go with Nicholas though.
I love Micah. I also really like Mason, and the popularity doesn't bother me. Nicholas is a nice solid traditional name too.
