My natural doctor says Im pregnant and the urine tests have come up negative for 2 weeks now.  My period did come but it was 6 days late.  According to the natural medicine way of testing, I still get a positive.  What should I do?  Have you ever heard of someone who just could not get a positive on a urine test but was pregnant?  Thanks

Sooo . . . you have had multiple negative tests and a period, but your doc thinks you are pregnant because of 'natural testing'?

Yes, a very small number of women don't secrete HCG in their urine and never get a positive HPT.  You could call and request a quantitative blood analysis from a medical doctor, but I'm guessing you aren't pregnant.

Two of my friends go to natural doctors.  I'm not sure on the details thought for your situation.  I would say that since you got your period - that you're not pregnant.  Also a HPT should show if you are or not.

Um, no? I don't know what in this world you're talking about, but I'd say you're almost definately not pregnant. Please don't take this personally, but..... I don't know what the f*** a natural doctor is, nor the natural way of testing, but I think if you were naturally pregnant, you would most likely naturally gat a bfp on your hpt and you would naturally miss your period. Then again, I have no idea what a natural doctor or the natural way of testing is, so naturally I could be wrong.

I'm not familiar with natural doctors, but I have a friend who didn't get a positive until she was 6 weeks along. It's definitely posibble to be pregnant and not get a positive right away, but that fact that you had AF changes things. I would have a blood test done if I were you. Good luck!

Actually my friend took 3 ept's and all showed up negative she went to her OB and she was 6 weeks pregnant..the difference she did not have a period though.
