Are these names too popular??

The only names I have even liked at all are Mila and Nolan. You ladies seem to know a lot... are these names very popular right now?

Nolan comes up on here fairly regularly, but I don't think it's that popular in real life. Mila has been gaining popularity since The Black Swan came out, but I don't think it's overly popular yet either.

I here Nolan a lot on here, I have yet to meet one in real life. 

I love Mila and rarely see it mentioned on here. Again, I don't know any in real life, so I think you're okay.

I don't think they are too popular. I see Nolan on here a bit, but I only know one IRL, who is in his 20's. I don't know anyone named Mila.

I really like the name Mila, and do not consider it to be popular.  In fact, I know no girls named Mila IRL.  Nolan is gaining popularity IMO, but is not abundantly popular yet.  I suppose it depends on how unique you're hoping the names will be.

the only Nolan I know is in his 80s...and I dont know any Mila's...i think you're good.

I love Mila!  Love it.  Nolan is a last name as far as I'm concerned.

I don't know where they rank popularity wise.  I work with pregnant women and newborns however and I can't recall hearing either name off of this board.  If you love them and the possibility of a name being popular doesn't bother you I don't think you should let it stop you from using either name.

Nolan is fairly popular in my area, and I have several fb friends who have recently used Nolan.

I only know one Mila IRL, and she is in her late 30's/early 40's (she's a second cousin of mine).  I think its very pretty.

If we have another girl after this one, we will be using Mila.  The only Nolan I know is in his 30's. I wouldn't say either are popular.

I have only ever met one Nolan and one Mila. Nolan was not such a nice guy so the name is kind of eh for me, but Mila is such a cutie and the name is also adorable!

Mila is pretty but it's usually short for another name like Camilla or Milena (both of which are beautiful names, IMO).
