Re: Can you recommend your RE?
Several people on this board have gone to Houston Fertility Institute (HFI). I saw Dr. Griffith there and really liked him. There are other doctors at HFI and some of the other ladies on this board have seem some of them and recommend them also.
I also wanted to add that when I called in February to make an appointment I had one within a few days. I've heard other people (in different states) say it's taken them months to get into an REs office.
HFI. Dr Gill.
I used them for both of mine.

I recently switched offices...I now see Dr. Hickman at Houston IVF. So far I really like him. He did alot of testing prior to starting my ivf cycle which my other RE did not do. He is more expensive than my last RE but his stats are very good, especially for women like me.
I am hopeful for this cycle and I have not felt that way in a while, so we will see. Good luck!!
3 failed IVF with OE and 2 failed frozen DE cycles
Last fresh hail mary DE cycle starting Feb 2013
PAIF/SAIF always welcome
Ditto Houston IVF. I saw Dr. McKenzie and loved her!! They aren't the cheapest but their office is REALLY nice as well as their office staff. My IUI cycles were not successful but my first IVF cycle was.
There are also a bunch of us that have seen and had great success with Dr. Dorothy Roach.

18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

I went to Dr McKenzie at Houston IVF as well. I switched to Dr Schenk at Fertility Specialists of Houston due to finances. I really like them both.
Good luck!
After more than 2 years of fertility treatments, FET did the trick!

I saw Dr Gill at HFI on the advice of my OB -- he sent his daughter there so I figured that was a good endorsement
Our first IVF worked, so no complaints!
I saw all the doctors there at one point or another (I had to have two hysteroscopies before our cycle) and they're all so nice. I went to the Katy and Fondren location (the 'procedure offices' are Fondren and Tomball)
I used Dr. Roach and loved her. We had a consult with Dr. Gil and did not like him. he just wanted to get my preggers which is not what I wanted. I wanted to find out why we were having difficulties. Dr. Roach gave us the answer!
