Anyone remember me? (baby mentioned!!!)

Hi girls!  I happen to be sick with a cold and bored and figured I would check out this site from days past.  I figured no way would there be anyone that was here when I was, but I remembered several of your names!  I see mnay of you are on second or third babies.  Well not me, but I do have an absolutely wonderful one year old baby girl!!  I never thought I would say that, but the past year has been amazing.  She is adopted, we took her home from the hospital and have been on cloud nine for the past year.  I realize I wasn't ever pg, but I hope I can come back in the circle with you girls?  I DO consider our little Alice a HUGE sucess after IF!!!  (oh, and hubby and I are going to fill out papers to adopt again at the beginning of next year!!!)  Just wanted to say "hey"- glad you all are doing well : )

    : )  Thank you!  Life with Alice is just absolutely wonderful.  My husband says all the time he never knew he could love like this, and I tell I did know- I kinew it was exactly what I was missing out on before.  She is amazing!!!

    I am still working, which I hate, but I had all summer with her and it was the best summer of my life.  Now we have her in daycare part time for half days, which she likes ( she's very social). She handles it better than me : )

    We are pretty excited to be going for a second baby, and this time I THINK it may feel different to wait. because we have sweet Alice with us already.  Although I'm sure I'll still be impatient!

    i do remember you. congratulations on your LO!  how awesome!  welcome back...

    After 7 years of marriage and 5 unsuccessful IVFs, we have been granted the gift of adopting a baby boy, born 4/21/11.
