I'm starting to try and get into shape. I'm 4 mo. pp and it's time to focus on being healthier. I still have about 20 pounds to lose, but mostly I just feel out of shape. I have been walking, but its not enough. DS takes 30 mn naps, so I don't have a ton of time to workout. I have a cardio burn yoga DVD with 15 mn segments. Is that enough time to slowly start getting into shape? I'm not expecting the weight to melt off, just trying to come up with a realistic way to incorporate some exercise. TIA for input!

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is 20 minutes...I loved it before my bad knee issues resurfaced...but it's more for getting whipped into shape quick. :-P
Every little bit helps! And I 2nd the PP comment about the 30 day shred. Great for a quick, but really tough workout. There are also good workouts On Demand if you want to mix it up. You just go to Sports and Exercise (I think) then Exercise TV.
If you have a bike I would recommend buying a bike trainer so you can ride it while your baby naps, or even while he is awake is he is the type of baby that would hang out in his pack n play, lay on a blanket, etc. (My son will watch the ceiling fan for hours at a time, LOL....not sure if it will still work once he is mobile!)
