Did they come in a one-size option? All I can find online is specific sizes (XS, S, M, L).

Did they come with inserts or can you use inserts with them?

I have a friend of a friend who is going to sell me her entire stash for $6.00 per diaper (all BG 3.0) and she says they are one-sized 7-35 pounds. I am just having a hard time finding product specifications for them since the 4.0 came out. Either way, I know this is a super deal considering she only used them for a few months.

There are 2 types of 3.0s - one is an AIO and one is a pocket.  The AIO is sized and the pocket is OS.  You don't have to use the BG inserts.  You can use a prefold, hemp, bamboo, another MF insert, pretty much anything.

 Yes. And she's offering you an awesome deal! You should take it if you know you want to use pockets

Cottonbabies.com sell BG refresher kits in case any of them need new elastic or aplix.

They will probably come with inserts if she is getting rid of them.  Keep in mind that MF can hold stink though, so you may decide to replace them.  Either way, it's a great deal!

If there is a smell you can get rid of it. The Cotton Babies web site has a FAQ section that tells about care and washing instructions.
