Is this ammonia?

Today, I put a freshly washed fitted on my LO......it didn't smell at all out of the laundry.  She was in it about 20 minutes.....and it started to reek of ammonia..she had peed, and it took just that to make it waft all over....is this what happens when you need to strip?

 I also noticed that the cover really smelled like pee as well.....maybe the diaper is repelling.....I will check that when it comes out of the laundry.

I would say if it smells like ammonia...it's ammonia
