I am doing stroller strides 3 days a week, but want to start working out on my own the 2 days a week my DD is in school, w/ my single jogging stroller w/ my DS. Another mom w/ a LO in my daughter's class might be interested as well, and I was thinking we could do our own workouts. I know some exercises from my class, but would love to switch things up. Has anyone ever come across stroller workouts online, in blogs, etc?
I would love to be able to print some stuff out that would be easy to work from.
