Victoria, and the nn

So we found out yesterday that we're team pink!  I posted a few weeks ago with our top two for a girl, and I think we settled on Victoria Celeste.

My MIL immediately asked if we were going to call her Vicki, and DH said that Tori would be her nn.  So this got me wondering if Tori would work as a nn for Victoria, and I don't know any Toris to ask them if their given name was Victoria or Tori.

So what do you think?

    I strongly prefer Tori over Vicki.  Vicki sounds like a nail technician with gigantic hair to me.

    I had a student last year whose name is Victoria and goes by Tori. It totally suits her. I don't like Vicki as a nn.

    I usually think this too, with the exception of my aunt (who I actually think is a Victoria).

    Tori Spelling's given name was Victoria... she's the only one I know of w/ either name haha! Not a huge fan but both are okay... I really like  your mn choice Celeste though!

    I have a couple of friends who are Victorias but go by Tori.  I like it much better than Vicki.  Love your name choice!

    I suggest this name on the board all the time: Victoria nn Tori. This name was considered for my DD.  Vicki sounds very dated to me.
