I like it! My husband and I were thinking about this name also. Only catch is that it's a little long and doesn't lend itself well to a shortened version. Although maybe that's what you want!

It's in our top three, but might end up being runner up. There's something I just don't love, maybe it seems so big and serious? And I worry it's going to become overly popular.

That being said, I think it's a really good choice, I just over think all names!

I used to like it until I met an Everett. He's in his 80's and goes by Ed. Not quite the same...

I couldn't disagree more. The name means "brave, strong boar". I find it to be very masculine. It is also a very nice traditional name. I look at popular names in the early 1900's when selecting names and this is one of my favorites from the list.

Like it!  My friend's kid is Everett and sometimes they just call him Ev.

I really like it, though it doesn't lend itself to nicknames. I don't think it's as popular as some other E names - Edward, Evan, Ethan, Emmett, Elliott. But it's similar in style, so only you can decide if you want to go for it.

I feel like I see it a lot on TB, btu I'm not sure how popular it is elsewhere.

It's DH's middle name (his mom's maiden name) and we would have called a boy this if we'd had one.  We ended up using it as DD's middle name.

I like Everett. It was on my list, but DH wouldn't go for it. One of the guys I went to high school just had a boy and named him Everett, but I haven't heard it much other than that.

I've always liked it for some reason.. but we won't use it for a first name since we already have an Evy
