Hey ladies--it's Friday again!
If you're new to the check-in, just jump right in! We're trying to
track our activity and weight (some of us prefer not to track lbs, which
is fine as well) and encourage each other to stay active.
Weight change (pre-preg/last week): +3/+3. OK, so I know I didn't really gain three pounds in a week. I had a HUGE, very salty dinner last night, so I'm expecting that 1-2 lbs of this is water and will go away. But STILL. Not what you want to see, am I right???
Exercise:
Pretty good week!
Friday - 5.5 mile walk/run on the treadmill
Saturday - 60 mins Arc trainer
Sunday - Two hours of yard work--raking and mowing. Hey, it counts.
Monday - 3.5 mile walk. I tried to run, but my legs felt like lead. It was the WORST.
Tuesday - 65 minutes elliptical
Wednesday - 45 minutes elliptical, 3-mile walk
Thursday - Off
How did you do? Any goals for next week or beyond?
My goals for next week are to get in at least one longer (5+ miles) run outside and to go to a few classes at the gym. I'm getting a little tired of the treadmill and elliptical!
I'm posting early, so I'll do a RP of this later in the afternoon...

Friday - 40 mins walking
Sat & Sun - nada. I'm the WORST on the weekends!
Mon - prenatal yoga, 40 mins walking
Tues - 25 min run
Wed - 60 min Zumba, 30 min walking
Thurs - 30 mins walking
The ratio of walking to other stuff is too high, but it's better than nothing!
I didn't do so hot either.
Monday: walk/run for 30 min/1.7 miles
Other than that, nada!
I'm really starting to feel better, so I'm hoping to exercise more. And I'm dying to take prenatal yoga, but the only one in my area is mid-day Saturdays and thus far I've not been available. Maybe next Saturday.

Weight: +1 for the week, but it was all between yesterday and today, so I blame salt, and poop. Damn I need a good poop. Yup, totally TMI. Right now I'm +4.5 from BFP, and that's not cool. I guess that's the price I pay for no m/s? Time to reign in the treats I think.
Exercise: Ok, but not great. My steps have been awesome, 7000+ each day, and most days closer to 10,000. Weights wise, I got in 1 good lower body workout on Wednesday night, and I've still got the DOMS to prove it (which is probably also contributing to yesterday's gain).
Goals for next week: 3-4 lifting workouts and as many steps as I can manage!
Absolutely!! Walking is a great workout!
Saturday: 30 minutes elliptical/lower body weights
Sunday: rest
Monday: 1 mile brisk walk
Tuesday: rest
Wednesday - Friday: 1 mile brisk walk.
I'm not doing that well. I need to be at the gym more, but I keep making excuses for myself. I feel guilty for being too tired.

Tues-30 min lifting, 40 minute walk w/ hills
Wed-60 min hip hop class
Thurs-Off
Fri-Lift
I've been doing ok as far as eating. I'm probably up about 6 lbs. or so, but I didn't have m/s and was eating like crazy to keep this hunger under control.
