I'm starting to feel nauseous all day and am looking for some ideas for meals and snacks. With my son, I ate grilled cheese sandwiches a lot but that isn't very appealing to me this time. Sweet things are also a turn off. What are you eating?
Sounds amazing. I love potatoes in any form, I just don't like the carbs.
I've been eating crackers but they really don't seem to help. I'm really glad you posted this bc I thought being nauseated all day was just in my head!
i also back the potatoes..mashed, baked, fried, potato soup...i have to watch my carbs and fat but i figure if its the only freakin thing i can get to stay down well thats what im eating. ive lost 10lbs since my bfp so at this point im ready to see the numbers on the scale go up.
also gold fish crackers and super iced down drinks are my bffs. along with butterscotch discs and hot cinnamon discs. oh and reminding myself that this wont last forever.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that can only seem to manage carbs. I was worried but I've lost 10 pounds so I guess it's not too bad. I can handle bagels, soft pretzels, potatoes of any kind (I made my healthy version of potato soup and it's a life saver!) Also I don't know why but "frost Glacier Freeze" blue Gatorade helps with the nausea (I hate ginger but now I wish I didn't) Hang in there ladies! We will get through it
Cinnamon Burst Cheerios! Carbs, carbs and more carbs. Bagels make me pretty happy. Eventually I need to be able to eat something else though. I tend to pack on the pounds in pregnancy. So far this time I am losing which is a first but I know the tables will turn at some point and the carbs will be a no-no!

I'm nauseous all day and my go to's are:
Oatmeal (variety of flavors)
Cucumber slices and ranch dressing
Apple slices
Pierogies (this one is new, but makes my belly happy, so it's a winner)

English muffins - apple or grape juice.
My staple. THe juice makes makes it not taste as bad when throwing it back up. Lovely, huh?
