We've got an Evenflo travel system and I was just planning on purchasing an Evenflo double stroller so the pumpkin fit into it but there is no such thing at BRU anymore. Um.... do I have to buy a whole new carseat AND a double stroller? It won't fit into a Graco either, I tried.
Re: Double stroller issue....
There are a lot of strollers that have "universal adapters" or adapters that fit MOST car seats: Baby jogger strollers, the kolcraft contours, I think the sit and stand strollers as well. I know Evenflo isn't as popular as Graco (almost all double strollers have a Graco adapter) so it might take some googleing to see which strollers have the right adapter. GL!
Like PP said there are several brands that (with an adapter) can hold various models. We have a Baby Jogger City Mini (single and double) and a Graco Snugride. We have the adapter for the single, but we never ended up getting one for the double.
I think it depends on the time of year LO#2 will arrive. We had a Spring baby, so in Spring and Summer months it was very easy to use our BJCM double without the adapter and car seat. The seat reclines flat and we used it for the first time when DD was 2 weeks old. Honestly unless we are hopping in, out, and back into the the car quickly the car seat is too hot to keep the baby in.
